Part of the Grid: Practical Theatre Training Workshops

Founded in 2018, Part of the Grid is our programme of practical and affordable theatre training workshops, led by experienced instructors working in the field. Our workshops have been run at the Drayton Arms Theatre, Outside Edge Theatre Company, and online during the pandemic, when we reached over 1,000 people around the world. We are thrilled to be offering a full day of online training designed to introduce theatre practitioners to making work with and for people with Visual Impairment.

Session 1: Visual Awareness (Blind & Partially Sighted Awareness) for Theatre Practitioners, 10:30 AM-1:30 PM GMT

Session 2: Audio Description 101, 2:30-5:30 PM GMT

When: March 6, 2026

Where: Online via Zoom

Cost:

Early Bird tickets (booked before March 1) - £30 for one session / £50 for both

Regular tickets (booked after March 1) - £40 for one session / £70 for both
